Delta Omega Alpha (Tales From The Crypt)

Delta Omega Alpha are the main villainesses from "House of Horror", episode 5.07 of Tales from the Crypt (airdate October 27, 1993). They were introduced as a college sorority by sister Mona, who approached fraternity Gamma Delta Omega with interest in their new chapter affiliating with the fraternity as a sister house.

However, as the episode's progression would reveal, the sorority was actually a group of cannibalistic monsters who preyed on college fraternity members, and Mona's visit to Gamma Delta Omega was part of her plan to lure the fraternity brothers into the clutches of her sorority. Instead, however, pledgemaster Les Wilton invited the sorority to join them for an intiation ritual at a local haunted house, with Mona attending with three of her cohorts.

The haunted house (as revealed in the episode's conclusion) was actually the housing place for Delta Omega Alpha, with the episode having pledges Henderson and Waters being killed and eaten by the cannibalistic women. After the supposed "hauntings" throughout the night were revealed to be the work of vengeful former Gamma Delta Omega brother D.D. DeWitt, Les went up to the attic and was shocked to find a garbage can filled with human remains. It was then that Les was confronted by Delta Omega Alpha's leader (Shannon Day) and a pair of pledges, with the brunette leader revealing that it was "Pledge Night" and cackling as she revealed her intentions for her pledges (one of whom wielded a chainsaw) to kill and eat Les like they had his pledges.

After Mona arrived with the other members of Delta Omega Alpha, the evil leader reminded her sisters that they would end up on the "Wall of Shame" if they didn't eat every bite of Les, maniacally laughing again as her sisters surrounded and killed Les, tossing his severed head out of the attic and down the stairs. As Les' brothers screamed in horror at the sight, the episode ended with Delta Omega Alpha's leader continuing to cackle as the pledge's chainsaw continuing roaring, leaving the fates of the rest of Gamma Delta Omega unknown.
