Debra (Abby Brammell) is the main villainess from "Unleashed," episode 11.19 of CSI (airdate April 7, 2011). She runs a shelter for abused women, along with the episdoe's murder victim, Iona Vail. Iona had been seeing sex therapist Dr. Kessler (a former dominatrix known as Lady Heather) regarding her issues with her boyfriend, and video of the session showed her acting like a cat, and she furthered her sexual feline persona by not only having prosthetic fangs inserted by dentist Tyrell Neth, but also being part of Neth's collection of human cats. Debra had found out about Iona's new lifestyle, and she attempted to save her (in Debra's mind) from the environment--as she was grateful to Iona for saving her from her own abusive relationship.
However, Iona was content with her persona and her lifestyle, and in response, Debra used Iona's stun gun to subdue her and force her into her car. The villainess claimed to Iona that she was trying to help her, only for Iona to hiss and snarl at Debra in response. After Debra stopped the car, Iona left and attempted to escape, only for Debra to engage in a struggle with Iona, which ended with Debra shoving Iona down a steep hill incline. Iona ended up striking her head on a rock, which killed her, and afterwards, the evil Debra left the scene.
Neth himself was suspected, but Debra's fingerprint on the scene revealed her as Iona's killer. During her interrogation from Ray Langston and Sara Sidle, Debra claimed that her actions were for Iona's own good, only for Langston to state that Debra was only thinking of herself. In response to Sara's question about Debra not calling 911, the villainess responded that she believed Iona was dead and that she was used to saving herself due to living in fear for so long. Afterwards, Debra was arrested (off-screen).
