Deborah Wilson (Christina Cox) is a hidden villainess from the 2018 Hallmark film, Hailey Dean Mystery: A Marriage Made for Murder, the fifth film of the Hailey Dean Mystery series (airdate June 10, 2018).She is an interior designer who worked at an art gallery owned by Victor Bridgestone and his wife, Christy.
As revealed later on, however, Deborah was part of a forging ring along with Victor and Finn Hauser, who were each revealed to have been married at different periods of time to Christy (Christy went by Tina during her marriage to Finn). Deborah's role had her using her designer business to sell the forged paintings, and she had suspected that Christy had known about her business with Finn and Victor, who were both murdered entering the film's events. The villainess had also been attempting to convince Christy to move the gallery from Atlanta back to Portland, where the operation began. As part of her plan, the evil Deborah vandalized the gallery by tossing a brick through the door, along with a threatening note.
Deborah was interrogated by Danny Morgan later in the film, after it was revealed that she drove her mother's car to the gallery to commit her act of vandalism. Her role in the forging ring was revealed in the interrogation, with Deborah denying the claims before finally confessing. Deborah stated that tossing the brick was done to convince Christy that she was in danger, and after admitting to being part of the ring, she voiced her bitterness towards Christy, accusing her of being jealous of the time that Deborah spent with Victor. Deborah was actually a suspect in the murders of Finn and Victor, but even though she was cleared, she was arrested (off-screen) for fraud.
