Debby Tribbium (Shawne Rowe) is a minor villainess from the 1993 film Dream Lover. She was a woman enlisted by the film's main villainess, Lena Mathers Reardon, in a plot to make her husband Ray Reardon appear unstable and be committed to a mental hospital.
Lena having already framed Ray as a delusional and abusive husband, Lena had Debby testify at Ray's competency hearing, claiming to be a friend of hers from her dance class (Lena having previously claimed to Ray that she was talking to Debby whenever she called his friend Larry, her extramarital lover). Debby also claimed she had seen Ray on occasion, with Ray informing his lawyer that he'd never met her before.
Convinced Debby was a temp worker Lena hired to lie for her, Ray had his lawyer asked Debby if she was a temp, with Debby responding that she was actually the owner of a cookie shop. Debby also described the interior design of the Reardons' apartment when asked to by Ray's lawyer, effectively making it appear that Debby was Lena's friend. Lena's scheme ultimately succeeded in having Ray committed to the hospital, leaving Debby's fate unknown.
