Daniela Dimitrescu is a supporting antagonist in the 2021 first person horror videogame Resident Evil Village. She was a noblewoman who was turned into an insectoid mutant by Alcina Dimitrescu and Mother Miranda, giving her biological immortality but a need for blood. She is the youngest sister of Bela and Cassandra Dimitrescu, and is described as being the craziest and delusional of the three.
She was voiced by Tomo Muranaka in Japanese and Nicole Tompkins in English.

Background[]
Before the 1950s, Daniela was captured by Alcina Dimitrescu and Mother Miranda, and was experimented with insects similar to blowflies that were planted by the Cadou parasite. Along with Bela and Cassandra, the insects consumed Daniela's body and took on their forms with superhuman capabilities. Daniela became the younger "sister" to Bela and Cassandra, and a "daughter" to Alcina, joining the Dimitrescu family. The sisters became known for their sadistic tendencies, often killing maidens and visitors of the castle, and awaited for more victims to consume. Despite their new gifted abilities, the Dimitrescu sisters eventually realized that they were vulnerable to cold temperatures, and had the servants put under strict rules to keep the windows closed. The castle's history became infamous, and the villagers only saw the area as a place of blood and death, and would only go there if under extreme circumstances.
Resident Evil Village[]
Alcina was tasked by Mother Miranda to guard Rosemary's head in a flask, as Miranda planned on using the child to resurrect her late daughter, Eva. When Rosemary's father, Ethan, traveled from the village to the castle, Daniela and her sisters cornered him and brought Ethan to Alcina. Though the three wanted to consume Ethan, Alcina told them to wait as she had to inform Mother Miranda that Winters escaped from Karl Heisenberg. The Dimitrescus had Ethan chained to the ceiling to prevent him from escaping, but he managed to and was pursued by the sisters throughout the castle. Ethan would manage to learn of the sister's weakness to cold air after killing Bela, and Cassandra and Daniela awaited for Winters so they could kill him to avenge Bela. Daniela attacked Ethan in the castle's library, but was weakened by the cold air brought in the skylight, and was killed. Before she calcified, Daniela screamed that she didn't want to die, and attempted to attack Winters before dying.
Alcina would find the remains of her daughters, becoming enraged at Ethan for murdering her children and ending the Dimitrescu bloodline. She would pursue Winters across the castle, and confronted him at the family crypt, where she transformed into her monster form after being stabbed with a dagger. Alcina would fail in avenging her daughters' deaths, and managed to save Rosemary from Mother Miranda.
