Cynthia Lang (Emily Foxler) is a villainess from "Wolfe in Sheep's Clothing," episode 7.20 of CSI: Miami (airdate March 30, 2009). She is the assistant to Ian Warner, a foreign currency exchange broker who was found shot to death in his office.

Cynthia's encounter with Frank Tripp had her claiming not to have heard the shooting, though she was later suspected after security guard Ben Porterson claimed that Cynthia came on to him and seduced him. Eric Delko and Calleigh Duquesne later questioned Cynthia, who scoffed at Porterson's claim, stating that she would never be with someone like him. However, she refused to submit to a DNA and gunshot residue (GSR) test, even if such a test could disprove Porterson's claim. After Ryan Wolfe turned in a stray bullet from the scene, a dust for prints ended up revealing Cynthia as the shooter.

As it turned out, Cynthia was a villainous conspirator in league with the notorious Ivan Sarnoff, and it was Sarnoff who gave the order to Cynthia, with the villainess following through and shooting Warner to death. She later left the scene and made out with Porterson, which resulted in the GSR getting on his clothes, and during her interrogation, the evil Cynthia stated that Warner didn't respect the people who got him to his position. In her native Russian, Cynthia stated that they take what they want, with Delko responding (also in Russian) that she would do time for it, after which Cynthia was arrested.
