Cynea (Catherine Bell) was a villainess in the 1997 episode "The Lady and the Dragon" for the TV series "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys".
Cynea was the fiancee of the warlord Adamis (Rene Naufahu), who was attempting to slay the dragon, Braxis. she met Iolaus (Michael Hurst) in a tavern, and the two traveled together to Laurentia.
Meanwhile, Hercules (Kevin Sorbo) learns that the dragon is helping loot the village, and is under a spell by Adamis to obey him.
Iolaus is convinced to avenge the death of a friend by the dragon, and Cynea gives him a scarf for luck. Later, Hercules arrives at Cynea's house, and is told that Iolaus has gone to fight the dragon. After he left the house, Adamis appears from behind the curtain, and it is revealed that they have been working together. In fact, Cynea was assisting Adamis in his plot to kill Hercules by luring the great warriors to the lair of Braxis.
Hercules arrived at the lair and saved Iolaus. He then told him how Cynea had sent all of their friends to the demise in the dragon's lair.
Cynea was accidentally stabbed with Adamis' sword when he later fought with Iolaus. Braxis then killed Adamis.
