Cipher (Charlize Theron) is the antagonist of 2017 action movie The Fate of the Furious.
She kidnapped Elena and the Son of Toretto, so she manipulate Toretto that he does everything for her and finally gets nuclear weapons for her. She threatens to do something to the baby of Toretto, as Toretto has not done his job well. Subsequently, she orders Elena to kill the mother of the child. Toretto continues to play the Marionette of the hot psycho Cipher. At the end of the film she flees with a parachute.
