Chikako Ikeda (Jun Karasawa) was a villainess from "Mountain Villa Bandaged Man Murder Case - Part 1" and "Mountain Villa Bandaged Man Murder Case - Part 2", episode 2.06 and 2.07 of Case Closed (airdate October 21 and 28, 1996, manga volume 5: Files 1-5). She was a famous screenwriter and was part of a close clique of her former film school classmates: Masaru Ohta, Hiroki Sumiya, Ryoichi Takahashi and Ayako Suzuki.
The friends all met back up again for a reunion at a villa owned by the Suzukis and were joined by Ran Mouri, Conan Edogawa, and Ayako's younger sister, Sonoko. The cheerful reunion quickly turned tense, however, when Ayako brought up Atsuko Tokumoto, a friend of the group's from film school who committed suicide years prior. At the mention of Atsuko, Chikako angrily told Ayako not to bring her up, saying she had come to the villa to take a break from her hectic schedule.
Later on in the evening, however, Chikako was found gruesomely murdered in the forest, having been decapitated by a mysterious bandaged man who had trapped the group on the villa and been terrorizing them throughout the night. Everyone was initially clear of suspicion, but Conan eventually deduced who the killer had been: Ryoichi, who had used a puppet of the bandaged man and Chikako's severed head to have the killer pass by the window while he was supposedly fixing the roof, giving himself a false alibi for Chikako's murder.
Chikako's posthumous villainous reveal came in the form of Ryoichi revealing his motivation for killing Chikako: the screenplay she had recently had turned into a movie was actually the work of Atsuko Tokumoto, her having stolen the script and passed it off as her own. Chikako's callous thievery left Atsuko devastated, with her calling Ryoichi and revealing her feelings before hanging herself. Angry and vengeful over Chikako's actions driving Atsuko to suicide, Ryoichi left a note outside Chikako's room, luring her outside under the threat of revealing her villainous secret. Once there, Ryoichi killed Chikako by beheading her with an axe.

- Jun Karasawa later voiced criminal mastermind The Silver Fox and greedy villainess Misa Katayama, who appeared in Seasons 5 and 15 of Case Closed, respectively.
