Carissa Gibson (Pippa Black) was a hidden villainess from Law & Order: SVU's 13th season finale, "Rhodium Nights" (airdate May 23, 2012). She was a prostitute who originally worked for greedy madam Delia Wilson, but later joined up with Delia's rival Bart Ganzel and formed a sexual relationship with him.

At the beginning of the episode, Carissa was preparing to have sex with news host Clayton Hannigan at Will Brady's bachelor party when the pair discovered the corpse of Maggie Murphy. After that, she began colluding with Ganzel to out Delia as a madam, doing so by heading to an ex-governor's house and poisoning him to death with scopolamine and erectile dysfunction drugs, while also setting up one of Delia's girls to take the fall for the murder. All the while, the evil Carissa made various attempts to seduce SVU Detective Nick Amaro, only for the latter to turn down her advances.

Carissa was found with her throat slashed in the bed of Capt. Donald Cragen at the end of the episode, with her posthumous villainous reveal occurring in the following episode, "Lost Reputation" (airdate September 26, 2012), which served as the first part of the 14th season's two-part opener. It was revealed that Carissa and Ganzel planned to frame Cragen, as the former met Cragen after her latest encounter with Amaro. She drugged Cragen's tea while they were at a diner, and she found Cragen's car keys and went to his apartment with him, where Ganzel later arrived and snapped photos of Carissa with an unconscious Cragen. Carissa was also revealed to be having an affair with Brian Cassidy, an undercover cop posing as security for Ganzel, and during their plot, Carissa confessed her love for Cassidy and told Ganzel that if he loved her, he'd treat her with respect. In a rage, Ganzel killed Carissa with a knife from Cragen's kitchen, which resulted in Cragen being accused of killing her.
