Bling Bling is a intergalactic bounty hunter who has decided that her time has come to replace Lobo as the most famous and most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy. She goes about this by trying to break Lobo mentally. First she kills Lobo's girlfriend, chopping her up with a chainsaw in order to make Lobo fall in love with her. Five months after she has installed herself as his girlfriend, she poisons Lobo's beloved space dolphins and tricks Lobo into eating them, the creatures in the galaxy he actually cares about. This leaves Lobo a shattered, empty husk of the man he once was.
Not content with having broken him entirely, Bling Bling decides to make use of Lobo one lost time before killing him. She secretly hires Lobo for one last job: Kill the Nabob Abui, the ruler of the Y'Abbah Dhabba Dhu tribe, whose planet contains some of the rarest elements in the galaxy. Lobo succeeds in doings this, inadvertently becoming ruler of the planet himself.
Bling Bling now confronts Lobo, thinking that it will be easy to kill him and take control of the planet herself. She gets into a firefight and then a fist fight with Lobo, seemingly holding her own. After a while, however, Lobo reveals that he could have ended the battle much earlier. He just enjoyed toying with the underdressed and voluptous assassin, watching her assets jiggle.
Lobo considers killing Bling Bling, but he then decides that death would be too merciful for her. Knowing that Bling Bling always relied on her good looks to get ahead in life, he rips most of her face off, disfiguring her for the rest of her life.
