Betsy Cole (Patty McCormack) was an antagonist in the 1968 episode "The Night of the Death Masks" for the TV series "The Wild Wild West".

Betsy Cole first appeared in the abandoned town of Paradox, Nevada, where she ran into an injured Jim West (Robert Conrad). West had just been through the ringer. While waiting for a stagecoach in Como Creek, Nevada, he had come to the aid of a young lady named Amanda Vale (Judith McConnell) who was being harassed by three men dressed in cavalry uniforms. He had been told by Amanda that she was the daughter of the Superintendent of the San Francisco Mint. West along with his partner, Artemus Gordon (Ross Martin) had thwarted an attack on the Mint by Emmet Stark (Milton Selzer) and his gang. After getting in the stage coach with Amanda, she had made an excuse to get off the coach. As soon as she had, the coach was sealed up and West was knocked out with gas that came up through the floor boards. When he woke back up, he found himself in the abandoned town of Paradox.

Betsy told Mr. West that she had run away from her father, because she had been beaten. Betsy nursed him to health. The next morning, Betsy left him to get food, and when she did she was gunned down in the street by a man with a pistol. West was injured in a shootout with the man.

In the meantime, Amanda Vale/Amanda Morrison had led Artemus to begin searching for West. While on the quest, he ran into Fleur Fogarty (Bobbi Jordan) and her two companions Dr. Prior (Bill Quinn) and Mr. Goff (Louis Quinn). Gordon was tricked by the trio and knocked out with a drug in his coffee. He was then loaded into a coach and taken to Paradox for an ambush by Emmet Stark and his gang.

While Emmet Stark confronted both West and Gordon, Betsy Cole made her second appearance. This time she was holding a rifle, and Stark introduced the two men to his daughter Betsy. Betsy had faked her death in the shootout. They then boarded the stage coach leaving West and Gordon to be taken care of by his three henchmen. However, once Betsy and her father settled in, the coach was sealed up much like West's had been earlier in the episode. West and Gordon had knocked out his henchmen, tied them up and were now taking Stark and his daughter to the authorities in Virginia City. We later learn from Gordon that Stark and his gang were all arrested.
