Beth (Angela Punch McGregor) appears in the 1980 movie The Island. She is part of an ancient race of pirates who have been living in the Caribbean for centuries. They have been left undisturbed as they kill any outsiders that they meet.
But recently there have been a few outsiders that have been allowed to live. The pirates have been inbreeding for centuries and are now so inbred that the males are unable to breed.
To perpetuate their tribe the pirates resort to capturing outsiders. They take children and brainwash them and they capture men to breed with their pirate women.
Blair Maynard (Michael Caine) is an English born American journalist who served in Korea. He and his son Justin Maynard (Jeffrey Frank) are captured by the race of pirates and taken to their remote island village.

Blair in a neck chain is Beth's slave.
Blair and Justin are tied up and tortured. When the pirates find out Blair’s name is Maynard.
The pirates believe Blair to be related to Captain Robert Maynard (1684 — 1751) a British sea captain tasked with hunting down and killing the notorious pirate Blackbeard.
When Blair is first introduced to Beth her face is caked with mud. She claims him as her share of the booty.
Blair is given to the pirate woman Beth (Angela Punch McGregor). Beth treats Blair’s wounds and then when he recovers mounts him and has sex with him.
Blair is now her property and she leads him around in chains. Blair makes a number of attempts to escape and also tries to rescue his son who his being chained up and brainwashed by the pirate leader Nau (David Warner).
1980
Blair and taken on a small sailing ship with the rest of the tribe. The pirates have spotted a luxury yacht near their island. The ship was apparently owned and operated by a group of yuppy drug dealers. The pirates attack the ship and murder the crew throwing their bodies over the side of the ship. They then take anything they find of value and blow up the ship.
This is a really savage attack and the crew if butchered in cold blood. Later the pirates attack a Coast Guard ship and savagely butcher the Coast Guard personal.
While the pirates are looting the ship Blair who has snuck on board by swimming from the island. Blair finds a mounted machine gun and kills the pirates as they gather in the stern of the ship.
He is then able to save his brainwashed son from the savage pirate leader Nau.
