Angie (Holly Gagnier) is a villainess from "Neuropositive," episode 2.07 of Perception (airdate August 6, 2013). She is a teacher and married mother of two, as well as the ex-girlfriend of Phil Carlson.
Angie's backstory revealed that back in 1992, she and Phil committed a string of petty bank robberies in three different states. It was during that time that Phil struck and killed 15-year-old Barry Miles while driving, though in the episode, Phil believed it was a girl he killed due to the victim having long hair. The episode also had Phil diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor (which later turned out to be false due to a mix-up), and with little time left, he confessed everything to Kate Moretti, only for his wife, Pam, to appear and revealed that not only was his tumor gone, so was his confession. However, Phil had plans to change his mind again and confess, and after hearing about this, Angie lashed out at Phil, voicing his anger over his plans to confess.
After Phil was shot to death, Angie was interviewed by Kate, introducing herself as a teacher and a married mother with two kids. Regarding her past relationship with Phil, Angie stated that the relationship was part of her "wild child days," and that she hadn't seen Phil in 20 years. Kate responded by revealing Angie's past conversation with Phil, when she screamed at him over his plan to confess to the hit and run, as she feared that her role as a villainess and cohort in the robberies would be uncovered. In response, the evil Angie arrogantly (and factually) reminded Kate that the statute of limitations prevented her from being charged in the robberies, leading to Kate suggesting that she was in the car at the time of the hit-and-run and that she killed Phil to silence him. The villainess denied everything and stated that she was using the spa at the time of Phil's murder; an alibi that ended up checking out, leaving Angie's fate unknown following the interrogation.
