Andrea Kormos (Athena Karkanis) was a villainess from "Blood Brother," episode 8.05 of Supernatural (airdate October 31, 2012). She was a Greek heiress whose yacht was attacked by vampire pirates (or "vampirates," as coined by Dean Winchester).
One of them, Benny Lafitte, was supposed to kill Andrea, but he instead fell for her, even betraying his maker, The Old Man, to be with her. Benny believed that The Old Man killed Andrea, but in the episode, he saw her alive--and as a vampiress. She was also his second-in-command, but she appeared to want to be free of him, even handing Benny a knife so he could kill him.
However, after Benny killed The Old Man, Andrea showed her true colors, as his death meant that she runs the vampirate operation, suggesting that running the operation was her plan all along. Andrea attempted to manipulate Benny into working for her, but Benny refused, having realized that the woman he loved died a long time ago. At that moment, the evil Andrea unleashed her fangs and attempted to attack Benny, only to end up beheaded by Dean.
