Alyssa (Valerie Azlynn) is the main villainess from the 2017 Lifetime film, Nanny Seduction (alternately titled, Missing Daughter; airdate February 26, 2017).

Backstory[]

A year prior to the film's events, Alyssa met married Ben Turling at a bar, and the pair engaged in an illicit tryst. At the time, Ben's marriage to Kara was on the rocks, and in a drunken stupor, he made what Alyssa took as plans for the two of them to end up together. After the one-night stand was over, Ben went back to his wife, while Alyssa was left with delusions of being together with Ben.

Events[]

Alyssa was later hired by Kara as the nanny for their adopted daughter, Riley; as part of her twisted plan to get close to Ben. Her revelation came in the midst of the film, when she appeared to Ben late one night and made an advance towards him. Ben had no memory of their tryst until Alyssa jogged his memory, and he quickly turned down her advances. Alyssa continued to persist, however, which prompted Ben to fire her. In response, Alyssa returned to the home and kidnapped Riley, and later took her to Alyssa's childhood home.

Alyssa reassured Riley that everything she was doing was all part of a game, with her endgame seeing the two of them together with Riley as a family. After Ben confessed everything to Kara, they rushed to Alyssa's house to reclaim Riley, with Ben convincing Alyssa that he left Kara. The ruse worked until Alyssa heard Riley calling for Kara after seeing her at the back door, which prompted the psychotic villainess to shoot Ben, wounding his shoulder. Alyssa took Riley after the shooting, only to be confronted by Kara. The women brawled over possession of the gun, ending with Kara using the gun to knock out Alyssa. After the couple rescued Riley, Alyssa was arrested (off-screen).
